I've been with Carla Klein Insurance for four years and feel somewhat compelled to share my experience, mostly because our experiences with many services today can be disappointing.

Simply put, I've lived all over the country in 30 years and never experienced an insurance company that did such a great job taking care of the customer. Carla deals directly with you, she owns it and has a vested interest in your satisfaction as a client.

I've been most impressed with how she educated me on the many options for home and auto and never once tried to sell me more than I reasonably need. Her main concern is to cover you for the "just in case" so that you and your family are protected.

Lora explained what we need to do to save more money on this important part of the policy. Carla provided additional help during off hours.
