Debbie Clark

Debbie Clark has been a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) since 2007. She’s been with Carla since July 2015 after working for other independent agencies for 8 years prior. Debbie is an energetic and dedicated employee that takes pride in her work and providing excellent customer service to the agency’s clientele.

Originally from Upstate NY, Debbie has lived in Indian River County since 1996 after spending several years in St Croix, USVI. She has been married to her husband, Mitch, for 30 years. They have one daughter who is currently attending college at UCF.

Lora Smith

Lora Smith has been a licensed insurance agent for nearly 20 years. She has been with the agency since 2014. Having previously worked with Carla for 9 years at another agency, she knows Carla well and also enjoys the client interactions and providing warm and caring service to each. Prior to becoming an insurance professional, Lora worked in the banking industry.

Lora has been married to her high school sweetheart, David, for over 30 years. She and David moved from their home town of Pink Hill, SC at just 19 years old. They’ve raised two young men and are now enjoying spending time with their first grandchild, Keira Ann.
